O ars Must be made of cardboard/recyclable materials.\n Each participant mus t wear a bathing suit/ shorts and PFD (Personal Floatation Device) at all times when in or on the water.\n Each boat must carry at least two team me mbers.\n All boats must be built ahead of time and pass inspection prior t o racing.\n Team members who start the race must finish the race without l eaving the interior of the boat. If a team member exits the boat for any r eason during the race\, the team will be disqualified.\n When a boat is fi nished with the race\, the team must remove the boat and any leftover card board/recyclable debris from the water area and dispose of it at the desig nated trash area.\n Teams are not allowed to sabotage anyone else&rsquo\;s boat.
