Running on a regular basis enable the body to better transport blood and oxygen to the working muscles. That improves the body's cardiovascular capability and allows you to produce more energy. Running fits well into any physical training program because a good training effect can be reached, for example, with only three 20 minute runs per week. The Fort Knox Running Program offers a variety of races throughout the year to give you motivation to keep moving and stay in shape leading up to each race.
