Fort Knox Water Park is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day each year. It is located behind Devers Middle School and Teen Center. The Water Park features all kinds of ways to stay cool during the hot summer months including slides, sprays and pool fun for all ages!

Party Rental Information

Fort Knox Water Park is a great place to host a birthday party, an SFRG event, a sports celebration or just a gathering of friends.

Available time frames are 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. OR 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

  • $25 for 2.5 hours
  • $50 for both time slots

After Hours Rental

After hours rentals are available for 2 hours on Sunday - Thursday

Water Park Rules 2024

Safety Capacity for the facility are as follows:

Bather Load:400 Facility Closure: 520

1.      Everyone who enters the park must pay, Military DoD, or Retiree identification card must be presented to receive military rate.

2.      Shower with soap and water before entering pool.

3.      Lifeguards are the final authority on all safety matters and may adjust the rules at their discretion.

4.      Children under 12 years of age or under must be accompanied and supervised by their parent, legal guardian or responsible adult aged 18 years or older.

5.      10 minute safety breaks will be called at the end of each hour.

6.      Rowdy and/or unruly patrons will be asked to leave.

7.      Food is only permitted in designated eating areas.

8.      No running, rough housing, dunking or other forms of horseplay allowed.

9.      Acceptable swimwear for children not potty trained: (1) Rubber pants with elastic legs and waist (2) disposable swim diaper.

10.  Water wings are NOT authorized. Only U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets are authorized.

11.  Children in life jackets must be within arm’s reach of a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult.

12.  Toys are only permitted if they do not endanger others or act as a nuisance to other patrons.

13.  Chewing gum, glassware, alcohol, and pets are NOT allowed in the facility at any time. Coolers are subject to be searched by staff.

14.  Spitting or spurting water is prohibited.

15.  Smoking/Vaping/Chewing and any other nicotine products are prohibited inside the facility.

16.  Smoking/Vaping/Chewing and other forms of nicotine products must be 50 feet away from facility perimeter.

17.  No diving in any area of the pool.

18.  Lifeguards are not permitted to mind children in absence of parents/guardians.

19.  Profanity or foul language is prohibited.

20.  Family appropriate bathing suits are required.

21.  Public display of affection is not permitted in any part of the facility.

22.  Emergency Telephone is located inside the first aid room.

23.  Prolonged underwater breath holding is not permitted at any time.

24.  This facility reserves the right to expel patrons refusing to follow rules and regulations. We are not required to issue a refund.

Mini Shark Shallows Rules

1.      For Children 6 and under with adult supervision at all times.

2.      No Lifeguards- Play at your own risk.

3.      All patrons should stay off fence and not climb on the spray features.

4.      Please walk in the splash zone.

CROSSING ACTIVITES RULES

1.      One person at a time on log and lily pads.

2.      Follow directional signs.

3.      No pushing. No running and No cutting line.

4.      Horseplay will not be permitted at any time.

5.      No swimming in crossing area.

6.      Parents may assist small children across the activities.

SLIDE RULES

1.      Swimming ability is REQUIRED

2.      PARENTS/LIFEGUARD ARE NOT PERMITTED TO CATCH CHILDREN AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SLIDE.

3.      ONE person on each slide at a time.

4.      You must go feet first on your back, ankles and arms crossed.

5.      DO NOT stop inside the slide.

6.      Goggles, swim masks, life jackets or other Personal Floatation Devices (PFD) are not permitted.

7.      Lose clothing (Street Clothes) or clothing with metal zippers or buttons are NOT permitted.

8.      Failure to follow any of the above rules may result in you being prohibited to use this feature.

9.      Line up on appropriate side of the stairs.
          a.      White Slide-Left Side
          b.      Blue Slide-Right Slide

Weather Policy

Patrons will be asked to exit the water if there is lightning or thunder within a 10-mile radius of the installation. There is a 30-minute wait from the last occurrence of lightning or thunder. It is advised to check the weather before planning a trip to our facilities. No weather-related refunds or rain checks will be issued.
