Beat the Heat 5K+ Set for Saturday, August 1 at Kilianski Sports Complex

Fort Knox, Kentucky – Cool off and challenge yourself this summer at the Beat the Heat 5K+, happening on Saturday, August 1st at 9 a.m. at Kilianski Sports Complex. This fun and energetic race is open to runners of all levels and promises a morning of fitness, community, and excitement.

Registration is $30 per participant, and the first 400 registered runners will receive a customized race medal, customized race bib, and customized race shirt—perfect for showing off your accomplishment and staying cool while celebrating your finish.

The Beat the Heat 5K+ features a scenic course designed for both casual participants and competitive runners, offering a unique way to stay active during the summer months. Join friends, family, and the local running community for a fun-filled morning that combines fitness, friendly competition, and community spirit.
