Camp Knox 2020 Fitness Boot Camp

Take charge in 2020 and start your year off right with classes taught by our personal trainers.

Camp Knox Kick Off: January 4, 2020 10:00-11:30am at Sadowski Center (not mandatory)

First day of Boot Camps: January 6, 2020

Last day of competition: February 29, 2020 

Camp Knox Wrap Up: February 29, 2020 10:00-11:30am at Sadowski Center (not mandatory)

Participants will choose their Boot Camp Bugle Call:

1) Reveille

  • Tuesday- 6:00-7:00am 
  • Wednesday- 6:00-7:00am
  • Thursday- 6:00-7:00am

2) Assemble

  • Monday- 8:30-9:30am
  • Wednesday- 8:30-9:30am 
  • Friday- 8:30-9:30am 3)

3) Retreat

  • Monday- 6:00-7:00pm
  • Tuesday- 6:00-7:00pm
  • Thursday- 6:00-7:00pm

Please choose time carefully as teams are non-transferrable.  Once you are signed up for a boot camp you may not attend any other boot camps on any other days or times.  Please be aware that you are signing up for the time NOT the specific trainer. Trainers will alternate throughout the program.

All boot camps will be cancelled for holidays on January 20, 2020 and February 17, 2020.

Camp Knox Entry fee is $60.00 (More than a $400.00 value)

Registration Information

Registration fee includes: 

  • Camp Knox Kick Off held January 4, 2020 at the Sadowski Center 10:00-11:30am with prizes throughout the workout 
  • Camp Knox Wrap Up held February 29, 2020 at the Sadowski Center 10:00-11:30am with prizes throughout the workout 
  • 3 boot camp classes per week 
  • A T-shirt 
  • For each boot camp you attend you will be given a raffle ticket at the front desk upon scanning your ID card. All tickets will be collected by the trainer and tickets will be placed in a raffle.  At the completion of Camp Knox winners will be drawn from all the raffle tickets
  • Prices will include:
  • 1. Free Group Fitness Classes
  • 2. Free Personal Training
  • 3. Free Group Fitness Punch Cards
  • 4. Free Group Fitness Monthly passes
  • 5. Various other fitness related items 
  • Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire MUST be completed prior to participating in first boot camp. Participants need to include any injuries or limitations so that their Trainer may be able to offer modifications and changes to the workout.
  • All boot camps are conducted in a group setting with up to 25 people per boot camp. Individuals looking for a one on one experience should contact the Fitness Coordinator to set up a more private type of training.
