Based on OP Ready materials this class involves the essentials in setting up a calling tree. The course includes an overview of the FRG, the role of key callers, working with the Family Support Network and crisis intervention. There are plenty of handouts in this workshop to launch your FRG into the resource highway. Role playing and practical applications make this three-hour training fun and useful.
