Register Now!Come join us as we take a 2 mile hike from the Sadowski Center that leads us to Thorne Park for a 60 minute yoga session in the outdoors, under a beautiful tree canopy. Once we are completed, we will pack up and hike back to the Sadowski Center.
We will provide backpacks with a yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga straps, and water.
