Lifeguard certification is a training program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to prevent and respond to emergencies in aquatic environments. The certification process includes CPR, first air, water rescue techniques, and basic lifesaving procedures. Upon successful completion, certified lifeguards are qualified to ensure the safety of swimmers, prevent accidents, and act quickly in emergencies.

Lifeguard Certification Class at Anderson Aquatic Center:
Class 1: Feb 15-16 from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Test Date: Feb 18 from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Class 2: Mar 15-16 from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Test Date: Mar 18 from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Cost
$225 for Lifeguard Training
To be paid at the time of registration
