This time, we will be reading "The Busybody Book Club"!

Nova Davies has recently moved from London and is trying to settle into life in St. Tredock. To build community, she starts a book club at the local center—but the group can’t agree on anything, attendance is low, and Nova feels out of place. Things worsen when a large sum of money meant for roof repairs is stolen during a meeting. Suspicion quickly falls on Michael, a quiet new member whose sudden disappearance raises even more alarms.

When a dead body is discovered at Michael’s house, the police assume he fled, but the book club members have their own ideas. Phyllis, an Agatha Christie devotee, is convinced he’s been framed; Arthur imagines a secret romance; Ash suspects something more sinister. As they investigate, each member’s personal secrets begin to surface, and Nova finds herself growing braver and more rooted in the community.

Their amateur sleuthing leads them through twists, hidden motives, and village gossip, all while testing their friendships and loyalties. Ultimately, the club discovers that solving a mystery requires the same things that make a good book club: trust, curiosity, and a willingness to see beyond first impressions.
