Parent Empowerment Workshops

Workshops will be held at the Child Development Center, BLDG. 4250 Conference Room

Come learn tips that will help make your life a little easier!

Dates and Topics are:
February 12th: Building healthy relationships: sibling/parent
May 7th: Children and Moving: help your child have a successful move
Septemeber 4th: Building resiliency in children
November 13th: Stress during the holidays: Maintaining balance and stress resilience.

All workshops are FREE and lunch will be provided.
Participants are more than welcome to bring their own lunch as well.
Parent Participation Points will be given
