USO Show "Come From Away"

The Fort Knox Community is invited to experience the power and emotion from the music and storytelling of USO's "Come From Away" at the Sadowski Center

"Come From Away" brings this incredible true story to life, showing how a tiny community turned a global crisis into an unforgettable experience of compassion and unity. 

Join the USO for an exclusive one night only special live concert performance of the award winning musical, 'Come From Away'. Free admission, DoD civilians, government contractors, and retirees and veterans are welcome! All Fort Knox personnel including currently serving military, and their families, DoD civilians, government contractors, retirees and veterans are welcome at this first come, first serve performance.

"Come From Away" is a musical that tells the true story of 7,000 airline passengers stranded in the small town of Gander, Newfoundland, in the wake of September 11, 2001 attacks. The musical highlights the acts of kindness and hospitality shown by the residents of Gander, who opened their homes and hearts to the stranded travelers. With a poignant and uplifting narrative, the show captures the essence of community and humanity during a time of global crisis.
