Learn, Grow, and Lead with Army Family Team Building

Army Family Team Building (AFTB) is a free training program that helps you feel more confident in Army life. Whether you’re a Soldier, spouse, Family member, or Army Civilian, AFTB gives you skills to grow as a person, lead others, and handle military life with confidence.

AFTB classes are great for:

  • Learning how the Army works
  • Meeting other people in your community
  • Building leadership and communication skills
  • Feeling more prepared for challenges that come with Army life

We offer classes for beginners and more advanced learners. You can choose what works best for you!
