This auction is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
Location: 15 Queen Street, Fort Knox, Kentucky 40121 (directional signs will be placed from Chaffee Gate)

Property sold as is. All sales are final. No tax! No refunds.
There will be a 10% buyers premium added to all winning bids to determine final sales price.
Cash, credit card or company checks only. Sorry, NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Auction will be conducted by Heartland Auction Co.
