Registration Information
Participants must be registered with Child & Youth Services (CYS) and have an updated sports physical to participate. Call (502) 624-6703 for CYS registration questions.
Register by visiting CYS Parent Central Services, 1053 Spearhead Division Avenue. Families registered with CYS may register for youth sports by using Webtrac:
